The app is available worldwide in local languages and serves as an important tool to gather information about your heart condition using certified blood pressure monitors. While My Heart helps analyze data, it will never replace professional medical diagnosis.
Important: This app helps you track blood pressure readings from certified monitors. It does NOT measure blood pressure directly. Always consult your healthcare provider for diagnosis and treatment.
